Rents fluctuate between location, season, and property type; however, we distribute and live sync our homes on over 50 online travel agencies and rental sites to ensure you receive the maximum occupancy and rental income. Your dedicated account manager will fully appraise your home, and the revenue management team will provide a full annual forecast for your review.

Yes. You can book into your holiday home or investment property up to a maximum of 40 days per year. You will receive the same level of service as any paying guest. There will be no charge for your stay other than the cleaning and turnover cost.

Rent is sent monthly in arrears no later than the 10th calendar day of the month.

Our pricing plans range from 10% plus VAT to 20% plus VAT dependent upon the property and level of service required. Please send us an enquiry and a member of our team will be happy to discuss this with you in further detail.
